Do you cut tubes to length?
Yes, with deburring. Standard lengths are 6 m.
Who can buy aerial systems?
We work only with customers entitled to buy them under Ukrainian law, under contracts and applicable permits.
Can you repair equipment you did not make?
Yes, our labs repair third-party electronic and optical devices and platforms.

DEFENSYS SYSTEMS LLC ("Defensys Systems", "we") manufactures and repairs aerial platforms and communication equipment, produces steel tubes and drawn wire, trades metals, electronics and hardware, provides road freight and rents property. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Customers
Contacts, organisation details, contracts, orders and delivery addresses. For regulated products, documents confirming the customer's eligibility as required by law.
3. Repairs
Equipment received for repair may store data such as flight or device logs. We access it only to diagnose faults and do not retain it after the repair.
4. Freight
Consignee contacts and delivery records; drivers' trip data for transport documents.
5. Tenants
Tenant company contacts, lease agreements and site access records.
6. Site security
Our production site may use video surveillance at entrances, marked with signs. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days unless needed for an incident.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security, quality).
8. Recipients
Carriers, banks, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
